Heyra builds operational AI as forward-deployed engineering. The bottleneck in most AI work is not the models but the undocumented knowledge of how a business actually runs. Heyra recovers that knowledge, ships working systems into production under the client's real constraints, and hands them over documented and owned by the client's own team. Engagements end on purpose.
