Heyra
Launchpad
Internal apps built by the people who need them, inside your own cloud.
Self-service for internal apps, inside the rules IT sets.
Heyra Launchpad lets a colleague turn an idea for an internal tool into a working app, built with the coding assistant they prefer and running in your own cloud.
AI coding assistants have made a small tool quick to build, but they leave the harder questions open: who may use it, where its data is kept and who looks after it once it is running. When each builder answers them differently, IT ends up responsible for tools it never approved and cannot support.
Launchpad settles those questions once, for every app. A colleague describes what they need in plain language, an administrator approves it, and Launchpad sets up a working app that people sign in to with their work accounts. The colleague builds on it with Claude Code or any other coding assistant. Every app is deployed the same way, and IT sees all of them in one place, with what each one can access, how much it is used and what it costs.
Discovery in the field, engineering for what proves valuable.
Decentralise discovery.
The people who know the problem build the first version. Much of that already happens in spreadsheets and personal AI tools that IT cannot see. Launchpad brings that work inside the rules IT sets, so each idea becomes a working app on a platform IT already runs.
See what is used.
Every app reports how many people use it and what it costs to run, and the portal flags an app that falls below the use IT expects or above its cost limit. The figures show which ideas deserve a closer look, and the people using them can say why.
Productionise what works.
Engineers, yours or ours, take the apps that prove valuable further: integration with core systems, a security review, sign-in for more of the company and an owner who supports them. Apps nobody uses are taken down cleanly, with their code kept.

What stays with IT.
Your tenant, your data.
Launchpad is installed in your own Azure tenant and Azure DevOps organisation. Heyra hosts none of it, and every app's data stays in your subscription.
Approval before access.
Every app is approved by an administrator before anything is created, and it receives only the permissions its answers called for.
The platform is locked.
Sign-in, infrastructure and pipelines belong to the platform. Builders and the portal's AI assistant work on the app itself, and a change to infrastructure needs an administrator's approval.
Every change is reviewed.
Whether a person or the assistant made it, a change reaches the app as a pull request and passes the same build checks before it is deployed.
Describe the app in plain language.
