ElevenLabs provides the voices, the speech recognition and ElevenAgents, the platform the agent runs on. Heyra designs the agent around how the business works and connects it to the systems it has to read from and write to.
Most of the work in a voice agent that holds up in production sits outside the voice itself: which records the agent may look up, what it is allowed to change, when it hands the caller to a person, and how each call is logged and reviewed afterwards. We build that part together with the agent, so what goes live is something the organisation can audit and change.
