A full community
platform, live in six weeks.
How Connected Women in AI got onboarding, events, articles, webinars and admin into one working platform inside its launch window, with no engineering dependency afterwards.
The problem.
There were wireframes and brand assets, and no functioning system connecting onboarding, content, events and administration into one experience.
A community without a structure is a series of conversations that do not accumulate.
CWAI had momentum, a clear mission and an engaged audience, but resources and discussion had no centralised home, which made continuity hard and long-term engagement harder.
Building the platform it needed would normally take months of coordinated design and engineering. The launch window was four to six weeks. The gap was not a matter of effort but of how the work is normally sequenced.
The prototype.
The platform was designed and built directly inside Lovable, combining no-code tooling with AI-assisted workflows.
Rather than separating design and development, interface design, user flows, content structures and admin logic were shaped in a single continuous process.
AI supported the data structure alignment between admin and platform, the workflow logic for onboarding and content publishing, and rapid iteration on new pages and interaction models.
The prototype validated that a full community platform was deliverable in weeks while keeping its structural integrity.
In production.
After launch the work shifted from rapid construction to structural hardening.
Validated features were refined for scalability, data integrity and maintainability. Content workflows, event management and onboarding logic were formalised so the platform could keep expanding.
What CWAI received is a structure it can keep extending, not a delivery that ends.
“Heyra helped us turn early ideas into a real digital platform incredibly quickly. In just weeks, we moved from concept to a structured scalable space where our community can connect, learn, and grow together, an impressive achievement.”
