Required to grow the book: the platform scales with its value, not its size
01 · The problem

The problem.

Clients, policies, documents, compliance and communication were spread across spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, carrier portals and ad hoc file shares.

A broker who cannot find a policy in one place is a broker doing the filing twice.

The fragmentation slowed operations and created handover gaps between team members. The audit trail was hard to maintain, and growing the book of business meant adding headcount, because the work scaled with the number of policies rather than with the value of them.

02 · The prototype

The prototype.

The end-to-end workflow was validated first, from client onboarding through policy management to reporting.

A broker cockpit was prototyped in Lovable, mirroring how brokers already worked so the operating model could be tested before anything was built to last.

03 · In production

In production.

The platform runs on Supabase and covers customer handling, contracts, policy lifecycle, compliance tasks, reporting, document storage and the customer portal.

Compliance sits inside the workflow rather than beside it, which is what makes the audit trail a by-product of the work instead of a separate exercise.

The book can grow without the headcount growing with it.
